This is UpperRoom's take on a clean and bright Ethiopia Yirgacheffe single-origin coffee, sourced from independent smallholder farmers in the southern Sidama region of Ethiopia. With delicate, tea-like flavors, this coffee truly shines when brewed using filter or V60 methods. With a cup score of 85, it offers a complex cup with prominent notes of stone fruit and lemon. Adding milk for a flat white or cortado transforms the profile, bringing out honeyed sweetness and a touch of light caramel.
